I only use default and Dolphin HD. Opera is at the lowest end of my choice , in 2nd last place before Mozilla Firefox
*
dunno why but if use opera ,no lag on the keyboard. ,only default keyboard is lag on lowyat.
if use default browser and swype keyboard ?will it lag ?

i think TF have quite a few annoying problems if u search on the internet and its random.not all people will get the problem.

about my wifi. my laptop detects the wifi but my eepad doesn't detect my wifi.my neighbours wifi is detected..on off device also same.weird.
but suddenly it works now.
but my unifi down again for the 4th time .the white modem lights is orange in colour.their service centre sucks .complain a lot and my way of talking to the person in charge on call was a bit rude bcause i was angry bcause its a 4th time unifi give me problem, then the person in charge said he will forward my call to the technician.then the line busy3 .. i dunno what should i do now to get my internt bck .
never buy UNIFI . sucks however streamyx is working really good

btw benny .u sell yr xperia arc ? i thought u love it

shark7 i dont recall saying i love the xperia arc. it only look nice. this is one phone i will not recommend as just average performance. the hype on its csmera just overblown. is not worth the 2k compared to others i have used esp now compared to the new dual cores.

We can check what apps running. And if you have too many apps running in background, well the battery life i guess will be shorter even if you dont use it. I checked and ilet them run especially those widgets. The more widgets you enable all of them will run in background. So i never use task killer in my android devices anymore.
My guess on other browser no lag depending on flash support or enabled or not.

widgets will definitely use more power for sure especially those that update very often within a certain interval. For example weather widgets, if set to update every hour or every half hour compared to every 4-8 hours will eat up more battery juice.

im interested in arc few months ago ..but now im looking for xperia play .looks good but not that popular in lyn yet

anyway. so the widgets that kills the battery
hurm..going to remove the weather.
and i use live wallpaper.is that eats battery too ?
and putting a lot of shortcut in the background have nothing to do with the batt right ?

yes live wallpaper confirm eats more battery because it is animated and requires more processing power thus -> eats more battery.

Today i had farthers day lunch and was reading news while docked. The people on ghe other table were talking and i over heard that they talked about my netbook wit touch screen. Later my son said wanna play games and so i undocked and you guys should see how the people on other table reacted. Honestly, they haven't seen such product before. A few HD games made them feels even imprest. They didnt ask me what it is, so i just keep quite.

Peeps, the xda guys are cracking open the keyboard dock to see whether they can fit in a barrel style charger connector. Looks interesting. They are even thinking of putting in another USB.

For the transformer tablet teardown refer here.

Comments are this maybe a highly MODDABLE (besides overclocking it)
tablet (no super sophisticated stuff inside like iPad2).
We may see some nice ideas incorporated once some guys decides to go adventurous with it.

Anyone notice? When using the built in music player with the keyboard dock, when you close the lid, it doesn't play the next song.

Even sometimes without connecting the dock, the player will stop half way, only when I click the on/off button it will continue playing.

Also anyone know how to configure playlist for gallery? I have more than 100 MTV, in gallery after playing one video it doesn't play the next one. Same goes to moboplayer even I created m3u playlist for those MV

nles, I also facing the same problem. even worse, mine after playing 2,3 song there will be popping sounds came out. I'm not sure if its related to microSD @ my earphone. But since nobody report this I think I need to get a new card afterall since this memory card got when transfer files..

are you using any sound enhancement app like equalizer?

I started to see this problem only recently, don't know is it beause of my custom rom or not?

Added on June 17, 2011, 7:18 pm I have both my dock and tablet fully charged. I am using the battery status widget recommended in this forum.

This morning before I go to work, I see both statuses are 100% charged. Then I turn off my tablet by answering the "ok" to shutdown. I have both my tablet and keyboard connected properly.

Since both are fully charged and I have shutdown (turned off) my tablet, I am expecting no power is used. When I reach home after work, I found that the widget is showing me, the dock left with 75% power only.

Means once your tablet is connected to the keyboard dock, the dock keep transferring power to the tablet even the tablet is fully charged and not consuming power (turned off). I am worry that both batteries will not last long if I always get them connected / docked.

Anyone tried to test this out before?
*
Yes, I have observed the same and now I keep the dock detached when I don't need it>
