if 4k earners no need to pay tax, then 7k-8k earner tax should be 1/2 than what they are paying now.. right?

Guys,

Let say I have a company which making gross profit RM25k per month. Employee salary is about 15k and RM5k for rental and electricity. Nett profit is about after those expenses is RM5k.

My company will be taxed based on gross or nett profit?

Another scenario, let say I am the owner/investor of the company. Instead of raising my monthly pay which could be taxed, I buy a car under company name as company expense. With additional expense of let say RM1.5k month, the company nett profit now reduced from RM5k to RM3.5k.

Will my company tax based on 3.5k monthly income?

Thank you.

What he said. Exact words- Income that is deemed derived in Malaysia will be taxable in Malaysia.

LASIK does not even come close to fulfilling conditions considered serious illness
