No details from SCB website, this is what I got from Starwood's:

Details are probably enclosed with the welcome package together with the card.

Call up 1300 880 388 (aka Price Solutions dept) and they said the RM300 CashBack only for NEW-to-Bank customers (not holding any CC with SCB)

I have sent an email last night on this as well, still waiting for reply.

But from info at cari forum, many existing customer already received cashback, some of them applied 3 cards and received cashback for 3 cards (although the T&C said every customer only entitled cashback for one card).

Hi guys, SCB is offering RM300 cash back and RM699 to purchase philips 32' LCD, do you think it's worth to buy?

If you need a simple LCD TV, why not ? You have to pay for delivery charges too (excluded)

SCB just launch a new benefit/promotion for all NEW-TO- BANK CUSTOMER.

- Cash back up to RM450 for platinum and RM300 for gold(upon approval) for new customer(GST deduction included).

- Upon card approval, customer are entitle special discount for Philips 32" LCD TV for only RM699 (RP: 999). Customer only need to top up RM249(delivery exclusive) for the TV since we given RM450 up front. For those who live in KL, you can collect your TV at WISMA LYL(P.J) to save time and delivery charges.

Starting on 5/07/12, customer who apply Business Visa Platinum CC will be entitle for 5% CASH REBATE (cap: RM38 p.m) IN ANY PETROL STATION, ANYTIME AND ANYWHERE. You will still get CHOICE POINT ON TOP OF THE CASH REBATE.

Only applicable for customer who apply our credit card between 4/07/12 - 30/08/12.

Until when you get such 5% rebate ?

the 5% is only applicable for customer who card approved starting 5/07/12 to 30/08/12. You will get the cash rebate for 1 year from date the card approve.

Unfortunely, EXISTING CC holder are not eligible for the offer.

Great, lets all the existing business visa plat start terminating their card. what a way to reward excisting customers, right smack into our face.

yeah agree to terminate it also.

there is no 450 info as stated by Flash in their website

RM450 is for 3 card, and apply online you and get max RM300.

Unfortunely, I dunno why SCB give double standard as in the end, Online Application are handled by agent.......

You get RM200 per card.
Nett GST gets RM150 per card.
3 cards = RM450 nett free cash.
