Will there be any points for spending below RM1,500?

Debit card? rclxub.gif
I am confused, to apply for this Preferred WMC credit card, need to open a Preferred M2 Account/SuperSalary Account, and at the same time they will give a Debit card as well?

All this info is from the Preferred Banking page and no mention about the need to open any account at the Card page. So can I simply apply for this card without opening any account?

I already have the e$aver account... so I will go ahead.
You can try to apply the Preferred World MasterCard Credit Card with annual income >RM72,000... just that you wont enjoy the Preferred Banking Relationship Rewards.

Meaning still can just get the CC without the Preferred banking reward.

Just the card package - 2x points if spend above RM1500, no points below RM1500. Not a good deal.

You are right, i read the statement wrongly.

For your e$aver account to meet the criteria for the Preferred WMC card, do you need to maintain similar to the following?

A minimum average daily balance of RM6,000 on the Preferred M2 Account/SuperSalary Account must be maintained to be eligible.

The criteria didn't say anything about e$aver also... I guess not.
If you don't maintain the minimum RM6k ADB, you will be charged RM50 (which is waived for 1st year)

Hi, do any of SC credit card is good for beginner?

I started to run my business in December 2010, that time I apply my current account for business with SC cause no need introducer.

When I applied my current account, the lady asked 'Do you have any cc currently?'.
I said 'No.', she direct reply: 'Oh, then nevermind, SC will never approve your cc if you don't have any cc before and newbie in business'
I was like..... vmad.gif

I wonder, do bank approve easily on cc if that person have account with them? My account current have roughly 50k inside. Every month my transation is around credit 15k and debit 10k.

Is it possible I ask them to give me a cc based on my current account? Cause I need an cc for a business trip this coming 17 July.

AS long you are holding any type of SCB CC. You are not eligible for that offer.

So, unfortunately, alexwsk are not eligible for that.
