I was General Manager of a public listed company for the last 15 years. I retired 3 years ago at age 52. Now I am enjoying my retirement and testing/comparing gadgets is just a hobby of mine. I don't spend money on other expensive stuffs - golf, flashy cars, fine dining, yearly vacations , clubbing, drinking, smoking etc etc

i never underestimate people, but very rare to see an enthusiast buying phone from me, most of them really noob when getting in to specific OS.



Im more surprised last few months when 9700 first time launched, a 25years old bangladesh work as guard contact me and wanted to buy 9700.

my youngest customer is 12years old kid buying samsung galaxy S when it just landed here in malaysia, of course using their PaMa's money

Lucky I can save more money - all my 3 children are not into such stuffs. My 2 children has graduated and still using their basic Nokia / SE rm 300+ type which I bought for them 7-8 years ago. My youngest is using my old SE 5 year old model !!! They are not even interested in ipads, pda or any other tablets

surprised still got youngsters not into some kinda gadget or phone...

Maybe they more interested in automotive which cost more than IT stuff

out of topic but this is something interesting i saw few weeks ago..

i was at one restaurant for lunch and then one malay lady aged around late 20s or 30 years old went in with her 2 kids, aged around 4 and 6 years old..

and both of the kids brought ipad2 with them!
