QUOTE(jchue73 @ Jun 9 2011, 04:00 PM) You still have the D90? What lenses do you already have? d300 is a fx body? i tot its a dx body If you already got the required lenses, upgrading to a D7000 would be a great step. D300s if you're into wildlife photography where AF performance is more important. Or perhaps if you have the necessary FX lenses, you could skip those two bodies and head up straight to a D700 body that wold reward you in abundance. If not, investing in a proper lens like the 14-24 or the 24-70 would be ideal for your photography interest. |

I mean I can't understand why. really |

D90 to D700 is indeed bugger upgrade, especially the FF point.

QUOTE(Everdying @ Jun 9 2011, 06:06 PM) cannot see like that la. Its all about market segment and product line. If use the car analogy does RX8 cost same as MyVi? no right since one is a sportscar range while another is a compact even though both has 1.3 litre engine, same applies here its like seeing all cars of same cc at the same range... cannot say 1.3 myvi same lvl as rx8 which is also 1.3 D90 to D7000 is indeed an upgrade in term of features and stuff but not in product range. A myvi with 400hp also is still a compact car, not a sports car |
