D90 to D700 is indeed bugger upgrade, especially the FF point.
no eye to see crop body view finder already if u used to FF one.

The switch is just nicely placed. ISO , metering, af mode smile.gif

BTW, the rubber grip will peel off lar... cibet mine is peeling really a bit.. lol
duno if change need how much

Which part? Is it the part nearby the ports?

QUOTE(chongkiatz @ Jun 9 2011, 06:52 PM)
D90 to D7000 actually just like an Camry 2006 upgrade to 2009 which have the keyless function , an upgrade also , just within the range

D90 to D700 just like Camry upgrade to BMW  brows.gif

QUOTE(gnome @ Jun 9 2011, 07:19 PM)
Its all about market segment and product line. If use the car analogy does RX8 cost same as MyVi? no right since one is a sportscar range while another is a compact even though both has 1.3 litre engine, same applies here smile.gif

D90 to D7000 is indeed an upgrade in term of features and stuff but not in product range. A myvi with 400hp also is still a compact car, not a sports car laugh.gif

LOL, I like the way you guys compare it to cars tongue.gif

hmm, i tot u should upgrade from d90 to at least d700? because d7000 is almost same level as d90?
*
I think not. It has a newer sensor and crap ton of other nice little features. It's like a D700 minus FPS and full frame sensor.

More or less the same i guesa...maybe extra RM20-50 i guess if lucky tongue.gif

The otherday my friend sent his D3 for service, not sure what but he said got dust inside his viewfinder or something and that cost him RM200+ which is not bad since they said have to take apart the whole top section to do it and we were expecting it would cost 300-400 atleast laugh.gif

Better if you give them a call first before heading down to BTS though because they might run out of stock for those rubber parts

I use mine mostly outdoor so i guess the heat + hand sweat do contribute to the peeling problem laugh.gif
