Don't forget C2 has only 10 units per floor.
Also near to the entrance/exit, easy to go in and come out when, 4k units fully occupied,

2km is not a short distance.
Moreover i heard you need to pass by the low cost flat. Not being disrespectful, i think you may not want to walk at night time passing by the flat area.

Guys, did u notice that VP for block B1 (phase 3) is 3 years from SPA signing date? Its stated in the SPA which I signed last Nov. I wonder they can finish by Nov 2014..
