QUOTE(arthas_teo @ Apr 20 2012, 02:46 PM) i plan to use bankdraft and credit card..... credit card to earn points hehhehe. dun knw can or not when I pay my 1st 5%, no interest charged at all. During the day when I wanted to pay my remaining 5%, they said have to charge. But when I insisted that I'll pay next time since I didn't prepare any cash or cheque, they said no charge and swiped my card. by the way, mine is Phase 3 B1. QUOTE(1282009 @ Apr 20 2012, 01:12 AM) Are you sure? I'm referring to the 10% downpayment when signing SPA (not the booking fees) which is about RM30k+ depending on your sales price. I use card to pay for both booking and 10% during signing S&P, no charge, but this is phase I, do not they change or not.

Of course they want to try to save the extra cost charges by credit card if they can.
Added on April 20, 2012, 3:35 pmImagine for a 30k downpayment, if pay with card, VISA/MasterCard will charge them 2% which is RM600.

It seems to me that they are more desperate to get our 10% as soon as possible than saving the 2% credit charges.

So horible you put the 10% and 2% in the same line The 2% is a 2% of the 10%, not the 100% Anyway, it's a good thing for purchasers This post has been edited by ecin: Apr 20 2012, 04:50 PM

Phase 3 was supposed 1 year later of the completion date comparing to Phase1&2, according to their initial planning, but it could be completed earlier than that based on SA.

Added on April 22, 2012, 1:02 pmIt seems when each newer block has launched, the price is increased 10k per block. If this is true, Block D was selling from 310k and Block E was selling from 300k back then? But what I heard the Block E was selling for 270k only last year? And, E got 3 blocks. By the way, it's hard to compare for 1 year++ ago price with today.
