UMobile currently upgrading the cell sites. Same here, in puchong can get 3-6 Mbps download, 1 mbps upload but in Happy Garden cannot. (1-2 Mbps 60 kbps upload)

just got my 28 unlimited yesterday. impressed. speedtest shows min 3.5mbps and as high as > 6mbps

d/l speed beat my streamyx 4mb plan. lol

btw, how do i check how much data i have used under this plan? just to make sure i try not to exceed the 500mb quota

i has been use this plan for RM28, no way to check the data usage...only can see mins and sms...

What device/modem are you using? Able to achieve 6Mbps is really high...

Speed trest in Kuang, Selangor (between Rawang and Sungai Buloh). U Mobile has HSPA here according to the mobile partner software. Low ping, high upload speed, slow download speed.

hi guys, anyone sub for the U68 unlimitted broad band? It is true there is no quota apply to this package? I can't find the package at the website, but i manage to find from agent in bkt tinggi aeon.
What are the condition apply for the U68 package? Does it rebate 20 for 5 months and free modem?

what it meant by unlimited is no extra charges after exceeding 5gb but you'll be capped after exceeding.
as for modem im not sure, i bought my own. service has been extremely poor recently. noticable ever since the new ip implemented. line has been unstable. what i've noticed is if manage to get back old ip it works fine. but to get to old ip i need to exceed the 5gb quota. which basically means capped or not, its still crap. signal has been great for me even now but even so its just horrible. attempting to game, i get frequent disconnect. i pinged the server and its perfectly fine but every 5 seconds or so the ping skyrocket. sometimes it just goes time out. dl just got worst. attempt to download and the line all of a sudden become completely unstable. it starts off fine and i'll get 200+ kb/s and then the line becomes so unstable it drops down and timed out. sometimes even disconnect. service used to be great but has been declining and im done for now. im going to terminate this soon. best of luck to you guys.

i believe if your modem is a 42Mbps enabled, it will sure surpass the current speed

does the unlimited 28, if natiowide support ? include all johor area?

on voice its nationwide , either its on UM3G or UM2G,

on data (internet surfing) if UM3G is not available, it will roam on Celcom 2G (Edge/GPRS)

using my old celcom huawei 7.2Mbps modem lor.. i'll get the 42Mbps modem soon, but afraid i'll finish my 20gb quota in 1 day coz the speed too fast...

1. yes you can do MNP, even prepaid also can.
mine is from hotlink to U, MNP done at Berjaya Times Square. Take 1 day only. ( Next day afternoon can use already ).
They will give you new sim card, when next day you sim card got sms to alert you, then no signal, it mean sucessfull port to U. Then top-up RM30 and get the unlimited 28.

Not sure postpaid take how long, of course they need to calculate the last bill for the maxis....

2. I'm using android also ( HTC Desire HD ), it's actually auto configure. Anyway if your phone need manually key in, the APN is my3g
