It's free for up to 100 minutes. If you exceed the 100 minutes normal rates apply (18 sen per minute, 30 seconds block)

Anyone knows when U Mobile is going to upgrade the upload speed for Klang Valley? The 56Kbps max upload rate is driving me crazy - in fact I think it's what caused my E160X to burn the other day ( it overheated and failed to detect any network as soon as I finished uploading a 19MB video file to FB)

Should be this year.  smile.gif
The only complaints I got on UBB is - increase bandwidth to 10GB and upgrade the upload speed.  thumbup.gif

This year, I hope not 31 December!

I hope UM will offer 10 / 15 / 20 GB

Lately International connection is slowing down, I barely get above 40kilobytes/sec when downloading. Local speed test is impressive at more than 2Mbps, but to international servers rarely exceed 500kbps now...congestion?

International connectivity is getting worse. Even my DiGi Prepaid 384kbps could stream radio from Mexico without buffering...

I think that means there is no U Mobile 3G coverage where you are. It doesn't depend on APN settings.

The very least they could do for us KV folks if they don't want to introduce 42Mbps download is to UPGRADE THE FREAKING SLOW upload speed. 56kbps is plain torture!

Speed trest in Kuang, Selangor (between Rawang and Sungai Buloh). U Mobile has HSPA here according to the mobile partner software. Low ping, high upload speed, slow download speed. blink.gif blink.gif

No advantage apart from being throttled. I was trying to say that from my own experience, once you are throttled you get IP address in that range,, not the usual 27.125.237.xxx ...
