no.
Let say your first reload is RM30, you can straight get the unlimited 28. The balance=RM2.
If after 30 days you feel don't want to continue, actually they will sent you sms becoz not enought credit.
wait until your RM2 finish then only reload also can. Validity RM30 is 90 days.

note : new sim card / MNP got RM5 pre-loaded credit.
note 2 : RM30 come with RM4.50 bonus.

I don't see why you cannot enjoy the RM28/month unlimited internet package if you have top up to sufficient credit and subscribed to the plan.

It doesn't matter wat package u choose, be it the rm28/mth , MB40 or MB68, as long u are in a UM3G area, you should be getting 1~6Mbps if you are using a 3G fon or 7.2Mbps usb modem

RM28 is good for low data usage + 100min + 30sms
I'm using it 2 months now, sastify with it on my Desire HD. Of course make sure your are not heavy use on facebook video, youtube or other online video. Other than that, normal facebook, photo view, upload, emails, apps download won't be any problem.

So far the coverage is good at my location ( KL ). Avarage 1Mbps above, highest speed i can get with my phone is 4Mbps.
But i believe if you travel alot, if go to kampung kampung , u will maybe only get EDGE speed. They will auto switch to Celcom voice roaming, and EDGE speed under celcom if no U coverage. Again, you still able to online with slower speed ( 100-200 kbit/s)

New sim is RM8, come with RM5 preloaded credit.
