I did. You need to call your bank to tell them if you want to increase else your loan will be based on the previous loan amount.

Hmm... as long as the loan agreement with the bank is intact and executed, it should be fine.

i think we should check with our banker, the due date of the billing is 25/7, i dont wish to see the MS going to charge interest due to late payment.

just called banker, telling that our dearly lawyer mr. ng didn't inform her about the finance in the upgrade amount into loan (as mr. ng promised help to contact bankker, and my loan doc also settle by him). So the bank is ready the loan without the upgrade plan figure, if finance in now, it takes time to proceed the new loan doc, definitely over the due date 25/7.

Added on July 6, 2011, 11:06 pmany one has Mr. Ng contact number? office number is ok. i kena ask him who going to bear this penalty charge.

pcteck,

Try calling this number 6016-3383707 or 6012-3323715. By the way I am dealing directly with the bank and I was required to sign a sub LO for the increase in loan amount. Call your bank to hold on the execution of the loan cause once the money is transferred to Mah Sing then I think it'll be very chaotic to change the loan amount.

I have also received the progressing billing yesterday. Due date 1 Aug 2011. They have completed 55% contruction already.

So u dial to bank's call center? When you call?

and the progressing billing, MS claims 55%?

Added on July 7, 2011, 4:09 pmjust call to the banker, she said if i wish to finance in the upgrade plan amount into loan, then i need to resubmit the income docs as per previous loan application. the process need to re-do again, and previous Letter of Offer will be cancelled accordingly once we superseded the case.

is not like you just sign a sub LO then finish.

damn...

I am with Hong Leong bank and I liase with the loan officer directly. He's helpful in getting the Sub LO done. This project brought many difficulties to us and the banker so I am quite thankful to him for the hassle.

there are few end-lot available for 2 storey (RM888k) & 2 1/2 storey available (RM988k)

i think MS just "converted" it recenlty from bumi lot

Was there several times last week. I love the 3-storey ones but can't get myself to pay 1.068m for an intermediate house. I think this isn't one of Mah Sing's better projects IMO.
