I received the letter consist of :-
1. Delivery of vacant possession (VC) - In that letter MS informed that CCC has been issued. I wish to make correction , LAM via Atelier ADT Architect issued on 24 April 2012
2. Billing for Assessment & Quit Rent from 31/12/11 - 30/6/2012
(mine amounting RM204.95)
3. Late Payment Interest - Charging on outstanding of progress payment. This really make me pissed off. MS claimed interest about RM5k++. I called Swan N Partner but they not aware this matter. A lady asked me to fax the letter to them which i supposed they already have the c.c. I really demand explanation from Swan & Partner.
4. 6 months ahead Maintenance Charge from 26 APRIL 2014 - 25 OCT 2014.

the interest is really not acceptable.. we are not purposely wan to delay the progress payment.
its between the lawyer, banker & MS who "delay" the stamping on the loan agreement.
we did paid the progresive payment interest accordingly every month after the bank release the money...
it reallly not fair to us...
lets wait and see wats the lawyer goin to explain about this
