Frustrated with GDEX too..... mad.gif mad.gif

2 months facing 8 times missed pick up.. This time again, I had arranged pick up on Monday, upon arranged, the call centre will normally ask what time our office close and had informed them our office will be close at 5.30pm. By 5pm call them to re-confirm whether the driver will reach b4 5.30pm, after checked and told me that driver can only reach at 7.30pm... Whats the stupid answer given, then what for they ask for our office closing time. Then fine, since i got thing to do, so i stay in office till 7.30pm but the driver failed to come too !!

Next day, I email to their office to complaint again and make sure they pick up my parcel on the same day before 5pm and had informed them the parcel is urgent, must be collect by the same day, they replied me noted and will arrange. Again, waited till 5pm and still no one come, I replied email to the person who sent me email on the morning, she called me back after half and hr, said the driver lorry break down at 4pm, so cant reach my office at 5pm, only can reach by 6pm.. If really lorry break down and cant make it by the time requested, they shod call and inform me but there is none.. Then i continue wait till 6.30pm still no one come, I call to the call centre and checked what happen. After they checked and call me back said the driver only can reach in another half and hr.. I really dunno what can I say anymore.. Nvm, again I waited till 7.30pm, driver still do not show up. I called to call centre again, but their side answering : Sorry, our office hours operation hours will be 8.30am till 7pm. What the hell !! mad.gif mad.gif

If they cant make it, juz let us kno instead of we waitied for few hours in the office for nothing !! Really frustrated on this !!! Sent in several complaints, but service is getting worst and worst !!

Complaining is useless now.. it's happen again.. and again it's sent from A.P.E.S, i've told them to use another courier..
it's been 3 days now.. I haven't receive my package..

Tell me bout it! Mum ordered stuff from Lazada & Zalora. These two sites use GDEX.

Anyway, GDEX people call me ask if anyone home. I said I'm in office, dunno if anyone home. You just go and deliver.

Then he spoke roughly, "That's y I ask u if anyone home!"

WTF! I say I dunno, u just go leave the slip if nobody home lah (they did this before. no problem 1). If got people at home terus ask to sign for it lah!

And then this kns staff get angry n shout at me summore. I cannot tahan n just hung up! Twice already I complain to HQ but no difference in service. TERRIBLE!

GDEX service quality depends on branches and people....

example,at Georgetown is nice but the one at Butterworth so so only,but then the delivery guy stationed there and often deliver to my house is quite nice....

So,hard to judge them overall...tongue.gif

I always put my delivery/shipping address to my office - for every online purchase I made. And I'm pretty sure all courier company know that every address that has SDN. BHD at the end of the company's name is indeed a COMPANY/OFFICE.
By right, they should aware that office hour starts at 8am (the earliest) and ends at 5.30 (the latest). From the e-tracking system, it says that they sent the parcel to the office at 00:00. Which means at 12 am in the MORNING! hantu je la ada kat ofice tu.
Walhal, dah keluar hantar barang dari pukul 9 am lebih from Serdang Branch, macam la jauh sgt Serdang and Cyberjaya.Takkan la GDex ada satu je lori penghantar tu ye dak? hmm

i got this message also it says 00.00 but no la.. I think they record it mistake because i notice it says no one at home between 1-3 pm.. Got somebody call me but i dindnt pickup
Their number is normal num or like office num?? I got called from 017 something like a normal num..
also i dont want to argue la. i just want my item. from the tracking num it says from subang branch? Where is it? Should i just go there or called them?? Because they didnt left any slip like poslaju

I oso prefer poslaju....Gdex a lot excuses la...stil cn say x sempat hantar semalam....thn service ended at 6.50pm....da next day oni deliver again...waited til noon

It's simple really.
GDex offers the cheapest price for heavy items.

Thus the reason why lots of resellers prefer GDex.
And most of the resellers doesn't care about their customers, their policy is "We already deliver the item, the rest is up to GDex".

And this is the reason why I never use other couriers except Poslaju for Domestic & UPS for International.
Their prices may be high, but at least they don't screw up as much as GDex.

Unbelievable GDEX service still so sucks after all these years.... I bought photobook and they are using GDEx service, the first time I was using my friend's home address cause her mum is at home everyday and I have to work. End up there is nobody send the item, and the etracking shown No One at Home. To not to bring trouble to friend's mum, so, I go to their office to pick up.

This time, i purchase again. and the same thing happen!!!! First day, I reached home from outside 11++am, the agent said I am not at home so I called the office ask for resend - the lady with a very unfriendly tone said Hantar Besok La, I asked around what time, she said Sama Masa hari ini la. OK. According to her suppose the item would be delivered before 11am. So the next day I've been waiting from 8am until 7pm with Door & Windows wide open, nobody come, then I check the etracking - WTH it said No One at Home!!!

I am pretty sure this is how they operate and force customers have to go to collect at their office. Stupid useless service that I ever see. I don't mind they deliver my item slow, but please don't give me fake info and fake the eTracking Status!!!!!

I also facing a same problem today,their staff didnt delivery my stuff,when i track it online it mention that unable to locate,so i called my nearest branch,their staff mention that no one at home,and no answer when called,even my phone is not ringing,so i need take my item at branch..

I have quite pleasant experience with my local GDEX here. Last month I have a package with them and the delivery man called me up before dropping by to make sure I'm at home. rclxms.gif He's using the branch's phone number.

heres another horror story.

called mutiple times today after lunch.
everytime met with "we'll call you back"

finally at 4:45, their etracking site was updated with "Unable to complete delivery".

called them about it and was told its cause the cut off time is at 5. asked if i could go to the branch to pick it up and was replied with a No.
