Unbelievable GDEX service still so sucks after all these years.... I bought photobook and they are using GDEx service, the first time I was using my friend's home address cause her mum is at home everyday and I have to work. End up there is nobody send the item, and the etracking shown No One at Home. To not to bring trouble to friend's mum, so, I go to their office to pick up.

This time, i purchase again. and the same thing happen!!!! First day, I reached home from outside 11++am, the agent said I am not at home so I called the office ask for resend - the lady with a very unfriendly tone said Hantar Besok La, I asked around what time, she said Sama Masa hari ini la. OK. According to her suppose the item would be delivered before 11am. So the next day I've been waiting from 8am until 7pm with Door & Windows wide open, nobody come, then I check the etracking - WTH it said No One at Home!!!

I am pretty sure this is how they operate and force customers have to go to collect at their office. Stupid useless service that I ever see. I don't mind they deliver my item slow, but please don't give me fake info and fake the eTracking Status!!!!!
