Just want to share GDEX experience happen to me last week (15 Dec 15).
Seller ship the item and give me tracking number. By using "trackback.my" I able to track my parcel without need me to check on GDEX website plus they have email notification if there is any update.
At 14.42 I received email update from trackback saying new status for my parcel. "No One At Home". I call my mom, she said that whole day she's at home. I assume maybe she didn't hear. No one call my mobile phone either. Nevermind. The delivery guy left a note. My mom sent me a picture of the note.
There is a phone number and address stated at the note. GDEX Medan Batu Cave. I call the number. 5-6 times until one lady pick-up my call.
Her: "Hello, GDEX Medan Batu Cave bla bla bla"
Me: "Hi I just want to ask, on the note saying there is second attempt delivery, do they gonna sent it tomorrow?"
Her: "How should I know, I'm at the office"
Me: "Oh than....*she drop the call*"
What a rude lady. Nevermind too. Maybe she had a bad day.
Next day, I waiting with my door open for the parcel. Boomm. Around 16:00, new notification from trackback. "No One At Home". WTF, I was there whole day, playing video game with door open just in case I didn't heard they calling. None. Freaking none. No miscall or anything.
I immediately calling GDEX Medan Batu Cave. Same lady answer my call after several tries. I'm saying that I was there whole day waiting for my parcel, why they said no one home. She with rude voice reply that they already do their job and saying that I can collect the parcel at their office, she drop the call again even before I said anything. Again, rude service.
Then, I go to their office to collect that parcel. I wait until around 18:00 because my parcel still in their van going somewhere else (what they told me).
If I have a choice, I will never used this courier. Bad service plus rude staff really makes me saying big NO to them.
Complaint about GDEX services, rampage!! arrrghhh!!!
