Hi, again. I've read the reviews on the TC20 and MylarOne and I can see that there are indeed alot of MylarOne lovers here. I am still puzzled by a few things and I really hope you guys here can enlighten me:-
1.) How do you actually determine whether a headphone/IEM is good by looking at its specifications without having to test it out by ear? How do you know it won't crackle when playing your favourite tune?
2.) Through your experiences, how much outdoor/ambient noises(in dB) can the
MylarOne reduce? I've been trying to find this specification on most of the IEMs/headphones of different brands and none of them have it stated. I really need this information.
3.) How long is the cable of
MylarOne?
4.) What is impedance?
And did you guys take the following into consideration before giving any recommendations?
Sorry for the bombardment of questions. I'm really new to these earphone stuffs and I'm not merely asking out of curiousity. Thanks again!

1. No, you wont know anything by the specification. Trust your own ears dude... Or read some of their reviews...
2. I am not sure, I think about 30%~70%? Really not sure... You can search for it though, it's the normal noise reduction a soft flex will do.
3. How tall are you? It's quite long even for a person of 185cm. The long cable can be cable managed (The cable manager is included in the package

) and there is a shirt clip, again for cable management.
4. There's a lot of professional can answer your question here... For musical stuffs like earphones, the higher the impedence, the more powerful the input signal must have in order to produce the same loudness of sound compare with a low impedence ones.
