They just disable that pixel only so it won't have any bright color lo. Some cameras like Sony's alpha automatically remap every month if not mistaken.

looks like dead pixels just small case? haha...

I think he was trying to differentiate between higher end lenses and normal (so-called newbie) lenses. It's true that an N lens can produce better IQ as compared to a normal lens, no? That said, I'm not bashing normal lens, i.e. 50/1.8D, since I don't own any higher end lenses. IMO, it was just a bad choice of word. Chillax.

I got a question , how to use flash in this situation ?

Bounce ceiling is too high. Use softbox/built in bounce card/demb diffuser and direct flash to model's face?
