try taking out the tweeter and change sides, if now right sounds louder then tweeter problem, if still left side louder then maybe passive xover or amp output problem.

QUOTE(zennn @ Nov 2 2011, 02:03 PM) try taking out the tweeter and change sides, if now right sounds louder then tweeter problem, if still left side louder then maybe passive xover or amp output problem. Before testing I went to check the xovers. I found out the right side xover was out of position (Maybe dropped while driving somewhere). I adjusted it back and then I tested and tweets sounds balanced already. So nothing to worry about right? This post has been edited by ILikePie: Nov 2 2011, 04:35 PM

oh yea, the higher the peak power of a speaker the harder it can kick? the sound produced will be higher? and there is always a tight limitation for a 4" to kick right? better to get a 6"/6.5" ?

Any review for Db Drive Speed Series Spa 150.4 amp? Is it worthy of the price tag at 1.8k used unit?

supposedly the ideal place to put it is as close to the speaker as possible, but in car it makes it hard, if u put inside the door, it might get wet
in door trim is good... aiya car audio shop pull wire thru the door rubber grommet everyday one la, see how they do it and try yourself....
