Using cc to pay for hotels overseas will incur around 1-3 percent administration fee on top of the exchange rate?

Yup, posting date. Luck is not on my side this time. Probably because both MYR and YEN are fluctuating during the period.

wondering how can i count these exchange rate you guys saying

for instance i buy something on amazon jp..and got charge with USD instead..wondering which cc i should use in this case for little bit cheaper. previously i used OCBC titanium shits..and i have 1 citibank cc as well. not sure which one to use
