wondering how can i count these exchange rate you guys saying
for instance i buy something on amazon jp..and got charge with USD instead..wondering which cc i should use in this case for little bit cheaper. previously i used OCBC titanium shits..and i have 1 citibank cc as well. not sure which one to use |
