For my many oversea transaction, I somehow found that hlb charge admin fee of 1.60 - 2.3% for those oversea transaction.... While MBB rate can be cheaper even it was visa compared to my hlb MasterCard.....

How can you obtain the VISA Exchange Rate for that particular day?

It seem like VISA now the charges rate is 1.25% on the exchange rate already but still it was lowest compare with other bank....

What do you mean by "still it was lowest compare with other bank"? Cos Visa doesn't issue credit cards.

You actually save about RM0.21. Here's the calculations:

Based on Visa's exchange rate, the retail amount: USD200 x 3.096660 = RM619.332

Including the 1% bank fee: 1% of RM619.332 = RM6.19332

Total amount that should have been billed = RM619.332 + RM6.19332 = RM625.52532
