I just tried upgrading the firmware to PDA:JPD / PHONE:JPD / CSC:JPD (XME) and the famous error came out. "Insufficient disk's free space (requires at least 3000 MB)". I got more than that in both my notebook and Tab. Sigh.. Samsung.. when are you ever going to fix KIES?

Download and read the guide written by pitbull before flashing. Next step read the guide again and you are ready to flash You can use titaniumbackup to backup your app. First time you flash all will be deleted. Hi guys, new gtab here. Just bought it last week and wanna ask you guys about warranty isssue here. The seller said it was original sat and not ap set. But when i sms through i warranty it replied that i need to ask retailer to activate it. Then i check the box but it got no blue sticker. Is there other way that i can check for it originality from samsung msia. And also when i restart it show t-mobile logo.

Samsung sets has Samsung stickers on box. Go back and screw your seller for lying and ask for discount , at least RM 200 |

New user report in. Been using galaxy tab for 2 months. Finally updated 2.3.3 (JPD) via Kies today.
Unfortunately after update, phone stuck at boot screen. End up factory reset so that can boot normally. Overall, can notice performance increase especially stock browser which very fast, even faster than Dolphin Browser HD.
For example, previously when I open www.clubic.com (in desktop view), the stock browser almost cannot scroll or zoom, but now very smooth.
One problem is the device now unrooted. Unable to root using SuperOneClick 1.9.5. You guys know any alternative way to root without changing to custom rom? Thanks in advance.

Hello all tab users, I'm planning to buy a Galaxy Tab. Still unsure if I want to buy first or second hand (depends on budget).
Just want to know, if i do buy a galaxy tab second hand, are there any particular things i should check? (for example, when buying iPhone gotta check home button and stuff).
