i guess nobody here booked block D except for me..huhu..
i booked 1 unit D12-3A (facing selayang)..
Am i the only one who thinks that block A,B,C will be the ones who is facing directly to the cement factory?

have you seen the actual site? it is located 100-150m to the left of the showunit (if you're facing batu caves).. already put the 'construction fence'
from my observation, it is block A and B will be facing the cement factory..block D will be the furthest from the factory..correct me if im wrong..

btw, the bank person havent called me yet..i have email my docs since monday..i asked them to acknowledge if they receive my docs, but they didnt acknowlegde..haihzzzz

great! OCBC is in! guys i have a question. my company is related with OCBC and they are offering good deals for home loan to my company's staff. can i use the benefit while enjoying all the DIBS etc? sorry for the noob question cos i'm a real noob.

wanna ask you guys.. my company im working for is related to OCBC and they are offering great promotion on home loan to my company staff. if i'm not mistaken the interest rate will be 3.95% (i asked this 3 weeks ago during their visit to my company). but when i asked the OCBC banker in AMARA showroom last week, he said it is not applicable to AMARA as they have to follow the -2.2 for this AMARA project (with DIBS). and he said if i still insist on the staff promotion, i have to deal with the person who came to visit to my company 3 weeks ago (he also not sure bout this).
1. can i deal with other bank officer other than the one appointed by AMARA?
2. what are the pro and cons (in terms of legal fee, free spa, ipad 2 etc)?
3. for non dibs, how much interest should i pay actually during the 3 years construction? is is the monthly installment RM1xxx or less than that?

i just sign letter of offer form ocbc..yeah..they include everything for me..MRTA and the legal fees.. next in to sign S&P and SPA right..i hope this can be done within this week..

just sharing with ya.. ocbc is the best.. they offered me -2.2 (well not the best), but they can finance everything inside, and their service is quite fast.. loan tenure is 36 years.. here's the breakdown:
1. loan RM238k
2. MRTA full term RM11k
3. legal fees RM3634
4. stamp duty RM1270

i have completed everything and fulfill the 1st requirements for the ipad 2 (sign letter of offer and SPA within 30 days).. now just have to wait the lawyers to prepare loan documents for me and sign within 30 days from the date of SPA.

omg.. i just asking for clarification..there is no need to open a new discussion on bumi so spoilt, ungrateful etc lollll.. i just ask cos everybody mentioned about 5% early bird discount man.. i just want to know why i din get that.. that's all..now i got my answer already.. if you dont have anything constructive to post, dont post at all
