Guys, many compared Amara to another nearer project Sentul Prime. May we know your viewpoints? It's a commercial title, rumored Tesco is anchor tenant. Located just near to One Sentul. Price about 305 psf. studio, soho style.

Lolz....cannot compare la...Amara launch 1 week before Sentul Prime...initially plan to grab 1 unit each and finally garb only Amara...

i believe there's stil some worth buy project coming in Q4 2011/Q1 2012...

Price is comparable between Amara and Sentul Prime. Both have its own advantage.

But if I would to choose between them, I choose Amara due to its location very near (walking distance) to KTM station. Transportation convenience is one of the top key in my property selection list coz this can ensure rental no issue and good for investment.

Moreover, i noticed Sentul Prime is soho type and smaller size only comes with 2 rooms which is not so good in terms of rental compared to Amara. Generally, more rooms give higher rental. This is how i see Green Avenue in bukit jalil serves such high rental.

It has been more than a month since I signed the S&P. I have been waiting for the T&C lawyer to get back to me on LA. Until now, no news yet!!! I am not sure if I am still eligible to get Ipad 2. T&C is just terrible. When I called them, they told me that the 30 days after signing S&P was based on 30 days after S&P STAMPING DATE but not the date when I signed the S&P. Is that true?
