Good point. Well, to sum it up, there are more of good reviews than bad reviews for this project. One main attraction is the free 2 car parks. Now only my friends interested to buy after appreciated so much.

Alex- human nature to compare here and there mah. For the next 12 months, I don't see myself looking at new launches lor, unless I strike 4D.

OCBC approved my loan today. 90%, BLR-2.2, MRTA 5 years, DIBS, loan legal fees financed... Better deal than CIMB. And they are fast too... details submitted on Fri, Tues got results. Good job OCBC!

Anybody get OCBC here?

For sure will get lawyer TAK with less fees than TAM. The lawyer's office is just below my condo. So convi. LOL!

Alex- Which bank did you get? By paying the legal fee by cash btr or finance inside loan btr in order to get a discount on the fee? Any experience on this?

i suggest for all buyers must be desperate and force the lawyer and developer to get the job done well, give them pressure. Give them restriction instead of buyer. If we did not take action they will very very cincai, i scared that if completed of them project the management will get big problems... this is true !

im new here. i just bought Amara one unit.

i want to ask is the RM500 disbursement fees is one part of the loan agreement fees?

i had financed my loan agreement fees, so do i need to seperately pay lawyer RM500 cash?

i just wonder why this Amara project providing kind of weird services
1. KIM realty agent ---poor'
2. Lawyer----poor


KIM Realty:-
agents blur. kept giving me wrong statements.
other agents--lagi blur--called sales galery to ask something about the procedures...the uncle agent said"bu zhi dao (X n times)"

Lawyer:-
unfriendly,only $$$$$$......called the office to follow up my S&P...itu Ms. Wong also speak like we owe her money.If we know the procedures, what for wanna pay few thousands to them oh....LAST TIME to deal with this lawyer..scared scared...

I still prefer TSI developer and the lawyer. I hope to see TSI next project after Kepong & Puchong.
