HI, i m new user. anybody have loan 50% bank, and 50% by cash ? refer to SA if 100% by cash then can get back the 4% DIBS from developer, now i m going to loan 50% from bank, anyone know that i can get back DIBS rebate or not? thanks

y everybody talking abt legal fee ? my SA told me pay only RM500 for lawyer disbursement charges only wo... then S&P is free from developer. am i in corect ?

loan from bank, legal fee is 2% rite, then how much for the stamp duty ? is it included in 2% ?

oh no!!! ocbc banker just send me sms - sorry, just receive the approval from credit department mentioned tat the capping for amara project already full, so cant proceed anymore.....my god.... everybody take ocbc loan?? so fast full !!! now only can wait ambank n pbb sad.gif

just get alliance bank offer 1-3yr = blr-2.2, 4th yr start blr-2.3 semi flexi, pbb n ambank - kiv sad.gif
