normally property in kepong area is selling cheaper compare to other area. what about this Amara? what is the buyer expectation for this condo located in batu cave?

Price is comparable between Amara and Sentul Prime. Both have its own advantage.

But if I would to choose between them, I choose Amara due to its location very near (walking distance) to KTM station. Transportation convenience is one of the top key in my property selection list coz this can ensure rental no issue and good for investment.

Moreover, i noticed Sentul Prime is soho type and smaller size only comes with 2 rooms which is not so good in terms of rental compared to Amara. Generally, more rooms give higher rental. This is how i see Green Avenue in bukit jalil serves such high rental.
