Block D..tpye A 1051 sft (corner).. the price is Rm 324K and get 10% discount for bumi.. that was so expensive but i think reasonable to stay..

But im still curios about developer.. no company website and dunno the previous project done by Jaya Megah.. Anyone can explain about this company and what hav project done and also their financial..hehe

mm, ok in my mind la to buy this Amara :-
1. U can playsafe (disb) without paying monthly to bank..just put dep and wait till home ready.. im not hav a lot money to pay 30K or 40K... biggrin.gif
2. Amara is best concept design..
3. The best package u cant get in kl..like size space sqt, freehold, 2 car park and u can simply walk to bt caves..hahaha
4. If u think about jem..everywhere in kl slalu jem lo..hehe
5. u hav 3 years to prepare ur money and saving to decorate ur home sweet home
6. Look condo, servive aprtment around segambut dalam..the price is damn expensive but the environment ist not comfortable..

so how about u..why make u also buy or u alredy purchase it?

Wut can i say..we r on trouble with legal fee by lawyer..then i think we should do something that relevan to protect us ..remember one things, customer always right..we need make list how many ppl sign and go to tribunal..or just paste to najib fb..hehe.
