Anyway i had signed LA this morning. The legal fee not known yet. Ask me to check with his staff next week. Wtf. I think he purposely dun want tell there to prevent u from bargaining with him.

And he said my legal fee should be financed inside my loan but my banker said i have to pay myself. Wtf. Why diff version 1

for my case, I called his staff and asked refer to the lawyer. For ur case, it's vice versa.

Really wtf this lawyer firm.

U should know whethere legal financed into the loan...u the one to sign bank Offer letter...I m inside the sales office..but the lawyer is Malay lady..not tam or chan...waiting my queue...very slow

in my case... TnC give quotation to my banker... and my banker manage to put this fee in loan together with MRTA... banker shows to me the quotation from lawyer (rm5k++).. lawyer never show me...

my loan is 224k, paid 4.3k this morning for LA

I've been trying to contact the lawyer (Tam) but he isn't getting back to me. My legal fees financed, so he said can't discont bla..bla..bla..translation: "its financed,so i'm taking the max I can claim"
This lawyer, claim fees pandai, wanna get back to customer, not interested..wtf man...
Anyway, I believe if we can approach this guy as a group will be easierla..Anyone volunteer to be our "spokesperson"?hehe

i like the idea!.
I can see dat they are scared and try to avoid discuss about the fees with client.
im sure we can get discount!. just make sure dat our complaints are LOUD & CLEAR.

im in if u guys want to organize rally at Amara site... LOL

if we complaint here only also no point....


p/s : if it financed in loan... they will only claim fees as agreed with customer.. unless they already claimed the fees from the bank...
