It's simple. You can do onsite survey. You can go there and try to asking someone who staying at the low cost flat which near to block D. I believeyou will get the answer there.

I will bring bank LO. In fact, few days ago, lawyer already request me to fax the bank LO. They only will arrange for SPA signing when we have signed bank LO.

The most important is bring the cheque book as need to pay 4% of purchase price and RM500. Looking at the BLR increase trend, it's better to take DIBS.

I take the offer from Ambank. The bank officer was station on Amara sales office during launching. I believe she is coming from panel branch. Anyway will try to ask SA regarding the panel branch. IMHO, it's better to just take the offer from those bank officers that appear in Amara sales office to avoid unneccesary arguement later.

Adrian, sorry that I was not able to ask the panel branch. He was not really want to entertain me when I asking about it. He said he is very busy today and don't have much time for me to ask question other than SPA. Damn..

Anyone signed the loan agreement which prepared by tam n chan? How much is the total? I asked they roughtly give me 5k+. This is so expensive compare to the kepong lawyer. When asking to send me the quotation so that i can go through the itemize billing, the clerk asked me to talk to lawyer on sat. Is anyone else loan agreement under tam n chan too?This lawyer knift very sharp. What can we do if they don't want to give any discount on sat? What we can do. What is our right on here. We are paying the VIP price for a crap legal service. Can we complain to Developer or Bar council?

Please focus on the professional fees which they can charge any amount they want. Can we report to Bar coucil if they over charge? Is this consider misconduct? Advise needed, thx

I am 3pm too. I am thinking not to sign the loan agreement if the lawyer don't want to reduce the legal fee. The charges actually can cover both S&P and Loan agreement legal fee already.

for my case, I called his staff and asked refer to the lawyer. For ur case, it's vice versa.

Manage to get 30% on the legal fee for LA. This Lawyer very clever. The disbursement do not itemize. Only one lup sum amount. Even transportation charge RM300 also can't argue.

Yes. My loan amount is around 260k. Discount 30% on the legal fees which around 2300. So only get discount around 600. FYI, stamp duty and disbursement can't get any discount.
