eheheh.... no need la...u so rich... just bring your cheque book and open cheque will do...

the MAx also lawyer earn u additional rm100-300.... lawyer cannot OVER charges...

and rm100-300... u also affrod mah.......wink.gif just joking la....

ya lor... For these WHO no finance legal fees.... mind sharing 1) Size and unit price 2) Your LA fees 3) Which law firm

mm, ok in my mind la to buy this Amara :-
1. U can playsafe (disb) without paying monthly to bank..just put dep and wait till home ready.. im not hav a lot money to pay 30K or 40K... biggrin.gif
2. Amara is best concept design..
3. The best package u cant get in kl..like size space sqt, freehold, 2 car park and u can simply walk to bt caves..hahaha
4. If u think about jem..everywhere in kl slalu jem lo..hehe
5. u hav 3 years to prepare ur money and saving to decorate ur home sweet home
6. Look condo, servive aprtment around segambut dalam..the price is damn expensive but the environment ist not comfortable..

so how about u..why make u also buy or u alredy purchase it?

mine is 857sqft. the after discount not remember, the receipt from TanAK is at home tongue.gif but is less than RM4k. some more i got 50% discount on 1st property stamp duty. smile.gif

maybe some bought for investment? rolleyes.gif
maybe bcoz it is only a cement depot for packaging? narrow road with lorries + bumpy road. but each unit come with 2-3 car parks + nearby free car parks, should be less car park at the road side. But heard that they will build another road link to selayang behind taman raintree. Tenant quality yet to know, we will know that 3-4 years later ... nod.gif

yesterday i went to amara...the price increasing lagi..from 1st i bought was RM269, then went up to 304k..now already 316k..
hmm..1012sq, was quite high price..hopefully the price will increase more n more..i called the tam n chan, stil they asked me to wait for their call
to sign the LA ..haiyaaa...waiting n waiting...
