I had signed the bank loan agreement today. signed S and P on 28 May. So the lawyer said after the developer signed and stamping i still have time to get I pad-2..i am blur now... coz in the term and condition stated there must signed the s and p within 30 days, bank loan agreement 30 days..... the lawyer said i have much of time to process the bank loan agreement process...

anyone know what am i talking? english bad bad here

actually the terms is not clear whether the 30 days for LA is counted from SPA stamping date or signing date .. but either way u r safe ler. Dim.

yup.. got charges.. i think is something PBB "special" at it... transfer charges within own bank

If you blame them confused us also, but at last they have sent SMS to clarify it...

To be honest, if all of the buyers been informed earlier ... and given 2 options below:

1, Non panel branch - but best rate up to 2.5%/2.4% following years , but no Ipad2...
2, Panel branch lower rate 2.3% flat ... but got ipad2....

i believe 99% will choose option 1...

i kno bro..but tht panel branch thing was brought up after some of us signed LO...so it is unfair,unless stated clearly..some more agreement only stated panel bank..not panel branch bank...

i knw ipad is a bonus but of cz if able to get it, den i more than happy lo...
