i signed 3 documents during signing the LA. but i dunno the name of it.. only know the "function" .. hehe.
1. LA
2. Bankruptcy declaration
3. If we dun pay, bank can lelong our house

total 3 type of documents, 11 copies to sign and each i think more than 50 pages

i dunno..i asked the lawyer asst..she said my 1 around 4.5k...i oso

no discount? if i remember correctly, urs loan around 260k and ur lawyer is the kepong 1?

can calculate for me? i'm outside...

T&C just called me and roughly said my LA fees might be ard RM3.8k+ which i think is quite expensive.

My bank loan : 157.5k
Unit price : RM230k

damn expensive lah, last time my loan amount 280k only cost me 2k+ for LA

Please focus on the professional fees which they can charge any amount they want. Can we report to Bar coucil if they over charge? Is this consider misconduct? Advise needed, thx

Tat why I don't like they select only 2 panel lawyer...they just simply max charged to cm..max the charged but within the limit...
