Just booked for a unit just now, someone let go of their duplex so i just grabbed it,

I dont have any questions for now, just wanted to introduce myself

Took a look at the site just now. Didnt seem too big to fit in a mall, but probably because its fenced. Ytl cement is kind of a turn off. But since my level is high up i just have to svoid looking doen so often.

This is my first house, so im still learning abt the process and all. Will definitely need yiur help later on

The lady at the counter just now said construction will mostly start in august this year

Just got a message from 0163331199 asking me to come down the sales office at batu caves for my ipad

The message told me to bring my IC and letter stating that i am to receive the ipad. But i have not received any letter. I know i am entitled as i finished all the paperwork (loan application etc) within the time limit.

Is it absolutely crucial for me to have the letter? Or should i just show up with my IC?
