Because your download cap is put around 4096..supposedly it be around 5128kbps.
What you should do is call 100, and tell them that your speed is around 2Mbps.
They will assist with the troubleshoot and ask you to do a speedtest.
They will ask you the result, tell them it is still around 2.54 Mbps.
They will assist you again, and again you say it is 2.54 Mbps.
Keep on saying that until they say they will write you a report for you, jolt down the report number as the technician themselves will look upon the problem.
Afterwards, just wait for a call perhaps in the evening if you report it in the morning.
And it is solve.


If you're the only one who use it, 1080p is flawless.
But 720p with 4mbps speed is godlike.

Newly upgraded my streamyx to 4mbps now, using STREAMYX COOL UNI PACK package ~ speed great even in rural area.

it depends... sometimes i can also run 1080p damn smooth...
but sometimes non HD Also cannot stream...

don't have....i think he meant upgraded from 1Mbps or something lower to 4Mbps but maintain Cool Uni package...

mine was 4MB but on speedtest only got around 3.3 to 3.5MB..where the other 512++ gone? Should i report?

I think I can apply for 4Mbps package,why TM said only can get 1Mbps? Not even 2Mbps ?

Because your SNR margin is too poor to use 4Mbps.

That's almost perfect SNR Margin, 50.9, even mine only 27.6.

I also think that the SNR Margin is good enough, because I can see the DSLAM from my home
But TM still saying only 1M, no 2M, no 4M

I tried to email them, go to TM point but they just said, from the system, your area only support 1M.

Not all place got 4Mbps, depends on DSLAM I'm guessing.

my 4mbps is 2.5 mbps with 6db snr margin and 69db attenuation for the past 2 months...reported to tm point dont remember how many times already all i hear was ur modem bla2..
