That's almost perfect SNR Margin, 50.9, even mine only 27.6.

I also think that the SNR Margin is good enough, because I can see the DSLAM from my home laugh.gif
But TM still saying only 1M, no 2M, no 4M rclxub.gif

I tried to email them, go to TM point but they just said, from the system, your area only support 1M.

How long it takes for the technician comes to my house to fix the line?

I upgraded from 1mb - 4MB BB deal. I called 100.

But no 1 contacted me after that. is it a must for the guy to come before I can use?> Thanks

There shall be someone called you to tell you upgraded done. No need person come to upgrade unless got problem on modem or line.

Which modem r u guys currently using? Im thinking of changing my current modem to a better one

Just a modem not a router or wifi integrated with it? smile.gif
For short distance with DSLAM suggest with Trendnet chipset modem, like tp-link 8816/8817;
For long distance with DSLAM suggest with Broadcom chipset mode, like D-Link 526B;

Below just some connected status with those modem biggrin.gif

My SNR is 30.3(Down) 22.5(UP), Attenuation 13.5(Down) 5.1(Up). I guess mine is I can say not that near but not too far as well from the DSLAM, so which chipset do u think will sync better? Thanks bro

I prefer broadcom although it getting DSL signal slower than others around 5 sec. laugh.gif
But it running slightly cooler. smile.gif
