I think I can apply for 4Mbps package,why TM said only can get 1Mbps? Not even 2Mbps ?

I also think that the SNR Margin is good enough, because I can see the DSLAM from my home
But TM still saying only 1M, no 2M, no 4M

I tried to email them, go to TM point but they just said, from the system, your area only support 1M.

Capped at 2Mbps, upgrade need time, now only 2Mbps

There shall be someone called you to tell you upgraded done. No need person come to upgrade unless got problem on modem or line.

Just a modem not a router or wifi integrated with it?
For short distance with DSLAM suggest with Trendnet chipset modem, like tp-link 8816/8817;
For long distance with DSLAM suggest with Broadcom chipset mode, like D-Link 526B;

I prefer broadcom although it getting DSL signal slower than others around 5 sec.
But it running slightly cooler.

what does this mean?
can you check for me is that possible to upgrade my package from 1M to 4M?
