I want to purchase Myth Defense ! But got no credit card. is there any alternative way to make purcahse for app in market???????

Hmm I heard that branded device will not getting this 2.3 update, is it true?

My customization version is 1237-0333 which is actually branded X10i S-TEL-SG GENERIC 1237-0333, afraid that I won't be able to enjoy this update

dont worry, there will always be 2.3 custom rom waiting for you. haha

actually I haven't learn how to flash a custom rom

Just in case the branded version really not getting the update, what alternative I have besides using custom rom? Debranded my x10?

Why so surprised? Samsung has been updating their Galaxy S, Captivate, etc. to Gingerbread... all old phones...

Well update still not out I guess.. Only that SE updated all it's sites mentioning the update..

Not paling lambat, but paling banyak update. Galaxy S, Captivate, etc from Eclair 2.1---->Gingerbread 2.3
X10 Donut 1.6---->Gingerbread 2.3. I don't think any other Donut 1.6 model have been updated till GB 2.3

Bro, 1.6(overkill) on 1gHz(Bottleneck) phone is a big joke la. Some more in USA SE say this is an Multi-touch phone @ launching time. Then lately give dual touch update. 2.3 update still dual touch rite? So, the hardware only support dual touch rite.

Oh yes, we're all aware of that joke But it doesn't erase the fact that it's the only phone to have 2 version in between the first version and the last In other words, SE is making up for their mistakes, so no point to keep bashing summore

X10 Gingerbread update available TODAY

this morning i was updating my X10i, during the four step process using PC Companion (Start, Prepare, Update, Finish)
it stops at Update, saying got connection problem, then it directly jump to finish.

I duno what to do next, so u unplug the cable and try to restart my phone, it doesnt turn on, instead it display esclaimation mark with triangle.

did i do something wrong?how should i rectify it?

anyone tried gingerbread update??

PC companion has always been problematic for me. Update again with SEUS instead and let us know the outcome
