I charge it err...whenever I get the chance to charge it as I have my car charger, usb cable for charging when at the office and I also have 2 spare batteries that are always charged at any given time if I need a quick one. I use SE's EP900 charger to charge those so technically no, I don't have issue with battery drain

QUOTE(wanderman @ Apr 16 2011, 07:38 PM) i thinking of bid at ebay...and locked at&t set is cheaper compare to unlocked...so if unlock is easy then i will go bid 1 x10 back for my own use You can debrand quite easily, not sure if you can unlock for free though but worse comes to worse you can use online services like Omnius to unlock for less than RM20~ |

QUOTE(abundai @ Apr 17 2011, 11:41 PM) AFAIK gprs/edge is only power conserving on standby, but if u use them for data, 3g is less power consuming as it takes less time to transfer the same data as compared to edge meaning less load on the modem as well. Wifi would definitely be the least power-consuming.And talking about battery life, android has a different way of handling background data so the best bet is turning it off when not in use which can be easily toggled with power control widgets. With background data disabled battery life would definitely last longer. Of course gingerbread would further improve power consumption. Also bear in mind that our battery percentage is just an approximate which may or may not be the actual level displayed, for instance after 3 hours the battery suddenly drops 9% is the same as the battery percentage dropping 3% every hour for 3 hours, it does happen sometimes but doesn't necessarily mean it would drain up in 10th hours as it purely depends on what you use your phone for |

Wah, official buying support for Market already, no need for root/Market Access anymore, sweet! Market access will be fondly remembered though :-)

A few sources are claiming gb is coming this weekend. Let's pray for the best because my stock 2.1 is a pain in the @$$. Keeps restarting on me randomly now. The only reason I'm sticking to stock now is because of the camera

QUOTE(abundai @ Jul 25 2011, 11:54 PM) Good to hear.. sum say the first few batches of x10 may get the random reboot due to mobo issues.. I sent for warranty claim as it happen to me after 1 month of usage... they swap my mobo... Weird thing is, I never got ANY random reboot before I updated to Eclair. And after updating it was still stable until a few months ago. So if it has been stable for almost a year, not likely it's the mobo I guess. Or are there any other cases like mine that turned out to be mobo issue? |

QUOTE(wkkm007 @ Jul 27 2011, 04:49 PM) Bro, 1.6(overkill) on 1gHz(Bottleneck) phone is a big joke la. Some more in USA SE say this is an Multi-touch phone @ launching time. Then lately give dual touch update. 2.3 update still dual touch rite? So, the hardware only support dual touch rite. Oh yes, we're all aware of that joke |

My X10 kit is Generic World, and that's quite rare indeed. Many have Generic Global. Does anybody know what the difference is?

QUOTE(wkkm007 @ Jul 29 2011, 01:07 AM) Just now I read xda the are so many F word in a thread lol. In the same thread someone say Google ask all of the OEM maker at lest to provide 18 month update to all their 2010 flagship phone model.(include SE and x10) It is true? It's probably the OEMs that has asked Google to issue the statement as some customers are so ungrateful and relentless in demanding for updates. Having this ground rule should shut them up |
