I think 4.0 will require more powerful hardware too. |

I guess they don bother to upgrade after their product launched. if you want last OS, pls go ahead for their latest products. x10i ~so far i think is the smartphone provided official upgrade quite frequent. from 1.6 --> 2.1--> now going to 2.3 |

QUOTE(devilkid84 @ Jul 26 2011, 03:45 PM) especially HTC(not offence for HTC user, i was HTC user SE frequent update? before this - NO..quite poor update cycle compared to those HTC, Samsung etc...they got plenty of flagship products. I guess they don bother to upgrade after their product launched. if you want last OS, pls go ahead for their latest products. x10i ~so far i think is the smartphone provided official upgrade quite frequent. from 1.6 --> 2.1--> now going to 2.3 SE was bang by all X10 users when they say no update beyond 2.1 last time... So all the dev in XDA had to come up with custom 2.2... and not until Arc was launched, a few months after that, SE announce that x10 will get 2.3.... i was really a marketing gimmick i think....so people would by the ARC.... |

QUOTE(devilkid84 @ Jul 26 2011, 03:45 PM) especially HTC(not offence for HTC user, i was HTC user HTC is the one with the frequent update since the early days. Now Samsung and SE have caught on. Look at the Desire, from 2.1 to 2.2 to 2.3. SE was the worst, launching a flagship with 1.6 when the world has 2.1. Updating to 2.1 when the world is used to 2.2. After getting screwed by customers, they now try to win back their hearts by giving them 2.3.they got plenty of flagship products. It is possible hack to make x10 video output to mon/tv?http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HDMI#Connectors » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « At first glance Micro HDMI connector I oso confuse and think is micro USB, before I read wiki.
