My friend's Astro remote control is not working. He bought a cheap alternative remote but still not working. He suspects maybe it's the receiver problem.
Can Astro troubleshoot this for free? |

Last time,My Byond got boot error.first,it said 1% update then error.
then i call Astro to change decoder,then working. we don't touch anything but i'm kinda curious huh? |

PLs get the original Remote,the cheap ones wl give u lots of problems,RM50 I think , Can Astro troubleshoot this for free?   it saves lots of tension! |

Try to find a friend or a neighbour with an ori remote and try. You don't want to buy an ori remote and then find out that the problem is with the decoderCan Astro troubleshoot this for free? |

What's up with the subtitles in Astro channels nowadays ?
The subtitle constantly stuck, and there are a lot of times when the subtitles didn't show up! |

can anyone help me...
i'm having problem with my byond pvr i can't turn on my decoder using the remote or the button on the decoder....already remove the power supply for a few minutes but no luck tried force update but still the same problem... the time shown doesnt update to the current time... any suggestion... I've noticed that Star Movies have dual audio function enabled, although the default audio still in English...

bro thanks...it works i can turn my decoder now but i can't seem to use my remote... both the led on the remote and the IR led on the decoder are blinking when i press the remote but my decoder doesn't react to it...tried the button on the panel still no response time shown also doesn't update to the current time ( shown : Thu Jan 01 00:00 ) then my decoder stop outputting the signal thru HDMI check the HDMI - working perfectly fine alrdy call AstroCS...will come and check it 2morrow....
