the time shown doesnt update to the current time...
any suggestion...
Try to clear it flash memory by pressing both ch- & ch+ when you see 'boot'. Then release it when you see 'clr'.

Probably some of it HW component has malfunction. Nothing is perfect in manufacturing.

My friend's Astro remote control is not working. He bought a cheap alternative remote but still not working. He suspects maybe it's the receiver problem.
Can Astro troubleshoot this for free?
Did your friend noticed the IR LED on the decoder blinks when he pressed button on the remote?

What's up with the subtitles in Astro channels nowadays ?
The subtitle constantly stuck, and there are a lot of times when the subtitles didn't show up!
Last time I noticed the same problem in the channels that has 'press R'. Which channels did you noticed these?

Why the PVR remote record will locked the recorded programme? Is there a way to record it straight from the remote record? It look so stupid while remote record need to go in to the TV guide manually to unlock each of the programme...
Understand only the first sentence. It was said that recording thru remote record is higher priority than manual record. The rest, don't understand.
