can anyone help me...

i'm having problem with my byond pvr

i can't turn on my decoder using the remote or the button on the decoder....already remove the power supply for a few minutes but no luck

tried force update but still the same problem...

the time shown doesnt update to the current time...

any suggestion...

bro thanks...it works i can turn my decoder now but i can't seem to use my remote...

both the led on the remote and the IR led on the decoder are blinking when i press the remote

but my decoder doesn't react to it...tried the button on the panel still no response

time shown also doesn't update to the current time ( shown : Thu Jan 01 00:00 )

then my decoder stop outputting the signal thru HDMI

check the HDMI - working perfectly fine

alrdy call AstroCS...will come and check it 2morrow....

after 4 days

Astro personnel finally came and replace my decoder to a new one

they say that maybe there's a faulty on the board plus it's lifetime warranty, just call and they replace it with a new one ASAP

i don't care if it took them 4 days to replace my decoder

at least i can enjoy my TV and HD channel again
