yup order new security device through online banking. New customer should be able to use it now, but old/existing customer need to wait until early next month. The existing customer can use the old security device until the end of this month. The security device will be sent batch by batch

The new security device is pin/password protected

I noticed that the waiver for the annual fees for Amanah cards is no longer stated in the website? Because they do have the condition of swipe 12x to waive it.

It is actually for a new card holder, welcome 2013 acquisition programme. If you made 3 swipes within 60 days after you get the card, you can get the cashback of rm100. The offer already ends last april

You can still request for an annual fee waiver for amanah card, so no worries. Same condition, 12 times swipe. But if you already see annual fee reflected on the statement, you can also straight away call the contact centre for annual fee waiver

ok it's like this.

Sometimes, when you used more than 12 swipes, the fee will be automatically waived

But, on some cardholder, it'll appear on the statement. When you see em, just call the centre and they will waive it for you

My HSBC Visa Signature annual fee will be due soon, so I just called HSBC Toll Free and press 2 for BM so that I speak to a Malaysian smile.gif

I asked it I will get the auto annual fee waiver and the girl told me yes since I swipe more than 12 times... keeping my fingers cross and they don't impose me the annual fee when the actual anniversary date arrives. While on the phone told the girl to redeem my points to pay the RM50GST.

Nice promo... up to 30% Cash Back is possible.

- There is a maximum of RM250,000 Cash Back to be given out throughout the Promotion Period, capped at a maximum of RM50,000 for each Participating Week on a first come, first serve basis subject to availability.
