i got both muscle infusion and myofusion chocolate.

taste, myo win for sure
m.infusion got clump abit while myofusion dont.

the effect? i dont know. both works as a protein supp.
( but most say muscle infusion works better than myofusion )

muscle infusion gives me cirit birit sometimes sweat.gif

anyone tried LABRADA LEAN MASS 60/ muscle juice revolution/ iso mass gainer?
among these 3 which is the best in gaining weight for those hardgainer like me?.

i tried gnc pro performance weight mass 2200 for 2 months, 3 times daily. only manage to gain 1-2kg. but its without any strength workout. my weight 50kg vs 181cm height.

any other better supplement other than the ones i mentioned?

targeting to gain 10kg within 3 months with proper meal and strength workout.

I think u've quite an ideal BMI....it's good to go on with protein whey and i suggest to take either myofusion or dymatize.
Both got a gd rating.

Yeah...protein supp can build muscle but still u need to discipline urself. Don't just take supp & sleep all day without exercise.
Need to exercise to....workout at a gym is the best exmple.

imho, you should really try to improve your diet... esp the 3 main ones since you dont have chance to eat in workplace...

Probably u can have meal replacement shake, protein blend + casein + peanut butter or nuts or anything that u can blend it in. Ur workplace do allow u to drink right?

It taste nice...in fact, that's the only flavour i've tried. huhu

There are 6 flavours :
- Banana Perfection
- Chocolate Mint
- Cookies & Cream
- Delicious Vanilla
- Milk Chocolate
- Strawberries & Cream

Dun worry....myofusion usually taste great, most of user said so

i can only improve on my breakfast and dinner diet since nearby my work place only got chicken rice, mamak restaurant and bahkuteh restaurant

i take weight gainer for breakfast, before sleep and during work (replacing my water intake at workplace but kinda hard to drink when its lumpy).
some people told me that gnc pro performance weight mass 2200 is not effective enough for me and recommend labrada lean mass 60/ muscle juice revolution/ iso mass gainer. thats why i wanna ask if anyone tried those 3 is it really effective or not or any better recommendation?

i dont want to waste rm200 on weight gainer if it only help me increase 1kg per month. might as well use it to order more and better balance food daily.

ok, basically to increase weight, increase calorie = eat more.
since u can't eat more, tat's y u r xtra supplement by taking weight gainer.
and if u think u cant gain weight even after taking weight gainer, eat even more. double ur dinner, double your lunch.

do u take 3 scoops of gnc pro performance weight mass daily?
