anyone tried LABRADA LEAN MASS 60/ muscle juice revolution/ iso mass gainer?
among these 3 which is the best in gaining weight for those hardgainer like me?.

i tried gnc pro performance weight mass 2200 for 2 months, 3 times daily. only manage to gain 1-2kg. but its without any strength workout. my weight 50kg vs 181cm height.

any other better supplement other than the ones i mentioned?

targeting to gain 10kg within 3 months with proper meal and strength workout.

3 meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner

7am = 1 slice of cake/2 slice of bread with peanut butter + 1 glass of coffee.
7am-1pm = no chance to eat. workplace dont allow me to have break to eat.
1pm = (chicken rice with extra rice)/(1 piece sambal chicken(breast part)+2 type of veges+rice)/(mee goreng)+coffee+fruits
2pm-6pm = no chance to eat. workplace dont allow me to have break to eat.
7pm = scramble egg+2 type of veges+ (2 chicken breast meat/1 whole fish)+rice+a glass of water
10pm = 2 cups of ice-cream + fruits + milo

yes i rely too much on weight gainer.

i can only improve on my breakfast and dinner diet since nearby my work place only got chicken rice, mamak restaurant and bahkuteh restaurant

i take weight gainer for breakfast, before sleep and during work (replacing my water intake at workplace but kinda hard to drink when its lumpy).

i dont want to waste rm200 on weight gainer if it only help me increase 1kg per month. might as well use it to order more and better balance food daily.

not exactly 3 scoop daily. i normally take 3/4 scoop for breakfast and another 3/4 scoop for dinner and 1 full scoop to bring to work.

gnc pro performance weight mass 2200 help me gain weight, just that not as much as im expecting.
im targeting 4kg per month with workout or 2kg per month without workout. but currently, it only help me gain less than 1kg per month without workout.
trying to eat double for each meal but i was hoping for an effective weight gainer to help me gain weight faster. kinda sick of being called skeleton and drug addict cos of my body size.

i have 2 cousin, both skinny like me. one went to gym only and gain weight and muscle. another took appeton weight gain only and gain weight minus the muscle. i cant afford both thats why i wanna ask those experienced ppl which is much more effective?

a)6 balance meal
b)basic strength workout

anyway, out of topic already. should be talking about supplement review/discussion.
