anyone tried LABRADA LEAN MASS 60/ muscle juice revolution/ iso mass gainer?
among these 3 which is the best in gaining weight for those hardgainer like me?.
i tried gnc pro performance weight mass 2200 for 2 months, 3 times daily. only manage to gain 1-2kg. but its without any strength workout. my weight 50kg vs 181cm height.
any other better supplement other than the ones i mentioned?
targeting to gain 10kg within 3 months with proper meal and strength workout.

3 meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner
7am = 1 slice of cake/2 slice of bread with peanut butter + 1 glass of coffee.
7am-1pm = no chance to eat. workplace dont allow me to have break to eat.
1pm = (chicken rice with extra rice)/(1 piece sambal chicken(breast part)+2 type of veges+rice)/(mee goreng)+coffee+fruits
2pm-6pm = no chance to eat. workplace dont allow me to have break to eat.
7pm = scramble egg+2 type of veges+ (2 chicken breast meat/1 whole fish)+rice+a glass of water
10pm = 2 cups of ice-cream + fruits + milo
yes i rely too much on weight gainer.
