not exactly 3 scoop daily. i normally take 3/4 scoop for breakfast and another 3/4 scoop for dinner and 1 full scoop to bring to work.

gnc pro performance weight mass 2200 help me gain weight, just that not as much as im expecting.
im targeting 4kg per month with workout or 2kg per month without workout. but currently, it only help me gain less than 1kg per month without workout.
trying to eat double for each meal but i was hoping for an effective weight gainer to help me gain weight faster. kinda sick of being called skeleton and drug addict cos of my body size.

For myofusion, how often do u guys take it? I usually consume it after workout. How about pre-workout?

Looks interestd in ur weight gain advise.....

i'm in need of weight gain advice too. Btw, my protein supp is Dymatize Elite Mass....

I take it either once or thrice a day, if :

1) non-training day (which means i didn't go to gym for workout)- i just take it once a day, before sleep
2) training day- i take it thrice a day; pre-workout, post-workout and before sleep

I used take for scoop per day..

Breakfast, teabreak (5pm) as 630 workout, postworkout and Prebed... so 4 scoop... Last time i used to take 6 scoops, breakfast, postworkout and prebed... good result but wallet in pain... so reduce 2 scoop >.<"

I came across some free BSN No Xplode and before I take them I'd like to ask for some opinions and reviews on this. I googled and found that a lot of them actually XplodeD in the toilet instead but otherwise very good pumps.

How about here?

NOXplode was my 1st pre wo drink.
and will be my last.

stomach upset was one thing.
i almost couldnt bench also bcoz i was experiencing serious dizziness.
i have since moved on to others.

well if u can get some samples no harm trying
pre wo drinks really react differently for different ppl
mayb i was new then, not tat strong against stim

how effective is the dymatize elite mass to you? what's your weight gain per month?

IF can choose either gym or weight gainer only, which is more effective to gain weight?

The one who eat 6 QUALITY meals in a day.

But dude, if u dont mind putting on fat in order to gain weight, u can drink ur weight gainer 6 times a day, u will see the result in a month but i cant assure the welfare of ur health XD

a)6 balance meal
b)basic strength workout

I tried ON whey before. I want to try others. How about Scivation Whey?
Does this Scivation Whey contain egg albumen?
Which flavour the best?

ON, scivation and all pure (100%) whey contain only or mainly whey.
usually only see egg albumin in protein blend like myofusion, syntha-6, muscle infusion etc.
