I think something wrong from the link you posted. It was 1% bonus and if not mistaken only condition is cannot withdraw within the campaign period.
Maybe 2019 terms are different from latter years.

yes,...after 2019 they changed some T&C

hopefully they will not reintroduce that T&C back ....else i think many that had withdrawn will not be able to participate

because Ganjaran pays only for NEW deposits........not for money already in there earlier.

If you have RM100k in there before campaign starts....this RM100k dont get to earn Ganjaran 1%

So people remove the RM100k out, and when ganjaran starts, they put back their old RM100k as "new" deposit to earn Ganjaran RM1000

Of course you can leave the original Rm100k in and dont remove,
later add additional RM100k you also can earn RM1000,
but if do like them, remove and put back add more you can earn RM2000 instead
