last year i missed the ganjaran rewards due to my withdrawal in march was only proceed in april (via ptptn site as at that time don't have bank islam account yet).

now by using bank islam's withdrawal, will it be recorded as on that day itself or it will also depends on sspn's procedure of anytime within the 2 weeks?

My online withdrawal is more than a week. Already deducted from the SSPN but I had not received the money in my account yet. Anyone faced the same problem?

btw my logging in via the myptptn website always got stuck at the "muat naik maklumat" stage. using chrome. may i know has it got anything to do with the browser setting?

BIMB is strategic partner bank that has direct link to SSPN account

withdrawal from bimb is immediate drawing fund from sspn. ptptn doesnt need to do any processing.

Same, withdrawal submitted on 01-MAR but in SSPN, it's only registered on 07-MAR but still no money in my bank.

Tried to create an account in Bank Islam last Friday but the bank personnel told me their system is not stable, advised me to create my account online but the system is still down even until today LOL.

made latest withdrawal via apps, more than 2 weeks dy still not received..... what happened???

the earlier withdrawals all received within 1 week, even there was once received within 2 days....

Anyone tried to deposit SSPN using Shopeepay today? My deposits were all refunded.

yep

managed to do 1x at 7:18pm.

then failed/auto-refunded at 8:53pm and failed again at 8:57pm.


on the "bright side", the auto-refunds (2x(999+1)) was beneficial!
