Hi everyone, sorry for this very silly question. I only recently opened up SSPN accounts for my kids to take advantage of the tax relief.

I noted that there is a withdrawal facility on the SSPN portal, but there is also the ability to withdraw via BI (subject to having an account and ATM access). Can I check how you guys are performing withdrawals? Is it through the online portal? How long is the process to withdraw (i.e. from submitting a request to getting your funds)?

I intend to just max out on tax relief, therefore no intention to withdraw regularly, but would like to know if these funds can be easily accessed in case of emergency or change in plans. Thanks in advance.

Hmmm I can't even use Boost to pay right now. First deposit for the month but can't go through.

Can you see your deposits on the SSPN portal? I did RM999 via Boost on 1 January, but not yet reflected.

Yeh I'm getting nervous too. Today is 11th day / 7th working day since 23 Jan. Has this ever happened in the past? Reading the posts it seems a few days (22-24?) are affected for payments using Boost and epay?

I would laugh if mine wasn't stuck

I usually deposit sspn using Shopee, but noticed they imposed a 1k limit daily recently. Do you guys use other channels to deposit more than 1k? And if you deposit on 1k on Shopee, can you use another channel to deposit another 1k? Thanks in advance.

Ah, thanks so much for clarifying. I read a few posts earlier about Paydy but already used up my 1k Shopee quota for today and didn't want to risk getting money stuck.
